Our Gift Cards are available for all treatments and products, are non-refundable and must be produced at the time of use. Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash. Enhance cannot accept liability for lost gift cards. Please note Gift Vouchers cannot be used for treatments with our Registered Practitioners.
If you are new to the salon please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time. This will give you plenty of time to check in and fill out the compulsory New Client Consultation Form. Arriving late will result in reducing precious appointment minutes as each session will be finished exactly on time as a courtesy to the next client.
We fully understand that sometimes being late is outside of your control. If you are running late please contact the salon as soon as possible by phone to allow your therapist to advise the best course of action.
We will always do our best to accommodate late arrivals (within 10 minutes after your appointment) by performing the most complete treatment possible in the time remaining. (Does not include brow appointments or treatments less than 15 minutes long) Unfortunately, arriving 10 minutes after the scheduled time of your appointment will result in the cancellation of your appointment, our cancellation policy will apply.
If you have a gift voucher and do not show up for your treatment or cancel less than 24 hours before your treatment time, you will forfeit your voucher. We recommend that you plan ahead for your visit to our salon. We’ll be happy to answer any questions you may have about our location, parking, and travel options.
All timings shown throughout the site and on other marketing material refer to appointment times and not treatment times. Treatment time includes arrival, consultation, dressing time, treatment time and post consultation.
Please note 24 Hours notice is required for all cancellations, otherwise the total treatment price will be charged. Cancellations should be made by calling us on 01225 422851 or email email@example.com
For repeat offenses of ‘no show’ appointments clients will have to prepay their appointments at the time of booking.
For visits over 1 hour a 50% deposit will be required at the time of booking. This can be changed to another appointment or refunded when the correct cancelation notice is given of 24 hours. For cancelations within 24 hours of booking time or “no show“ appointments would result in the loss of 50% deposit.
Patch testing is required for certain treatments and must be completed before your appointment. We reserve the right to refuse any treatment that requires a patch test if it has not been completed 24/48hrs prior to your appointment. Failure to complete a patch test before your appointment will result in cancellation and our cancellation policy will apply.
If applicable, please refer to the aftercare sheet given to you after your treatment. Please follow the aftercare stated to maintain results. The results from each treatment will differ from client to client. Further treatments may be required to achieve the realistic results explained in the consultation.
LOSS OR DAMAGE OF PERSONAL ITEMS
We regret that we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage of personal items at the salon. Please keep your personal belongings with you at all times. If you are attending a treatment in which can be messy such as waxing, we always advise to never wear anything valuable. Although we always endeavour to be as careful as possible, we cannot guarantee any transfer of products we use, onto items of clothing.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Treatments - At Enhance Medispa all our treatments are carried out by qualified therapists. If you have had a treatment that you are unsatisfied with please contact the salon immediately. We cannot give refunds on any treatments but we will look into your concerns immediately. Please raise your concern with the therapist during the treatment. They will listen carefully to your concerns and do what they can to correct any problems. All concerns must be raised either immediately at the treatment time or within 24 hrs after the treatment.
Retail - We do not offer refunds or exchanges. In the case of an allergic reaction the products must be returned within 14 days and evidence of this reaction apparent. The head office needs to be informed and a reaction with photographic evidence if applicable needs to be logged in the accident book. This does not affect your statutory rights.
All courses must be paid for in full at the time of booking and completed within 12 months and are non-refundable. Missed appointments may result in treatments deducted from your course.
We reserve the right to request a deposit in order to secure an appointment. Any changes to the appointment must be made in accordance to the cancellation policy.

You must be 18 years or over to receive treatments or parental consent will be required. We reserve the right to refuse performing treatments on any guest who is under the age of consent.
Unfortunately we might have to cancel your appointments due to therapist/staff illness and emergencies. Please rest assured that in such events our first option will be to move your appointment to another therapist on the same day that can accommodate your treatment. In the case that we cannot reschedule your appointment in the same day we will have to cancel your appointment and rebook you for another day. We will notify you as soon as we can if we need to cancel your appointment.
Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions including pregnancy prior to booking as some treatments may not be appropriate for you. Certain medications may also prevent you from being suitable to certain treatments. A client consultation will be carried out on your first visit to ensure your safety. Clients must inform the salon if anything changes to their personal information or medical history.
